Well, I don't think he's actually nominated, but he's on the shortlist. I think, if enough people vote for him, he'll make the final list of nominees. He's nominated for Best Actor for Casualty! Unfortunately, thats the only Two Pints related nomination. No nomination for Best Comedy Programme! Which I actually found insulting towards the show when I saw that the really crap shows such as The House That Jack Built, My Hero and Barbara were nominated! At the very least, they could have nominated Lee Oakes for Best Comedy Performance! He deserves it a lot more than Ricky Fucking Gervais! Sorry for the bad language!

I totally agree with you Steve it does my head in too when you see programs like that nominated and Two Pints doesn't even get a mention. I think if the BBC moved Two Pints to BBC1 it might get noticed more. You'd think by the third series they would. It must be getting more popular otherwise why would they make more and do more than 6 episodes per series. It totally confuses me how they work it all out lol

I think Two Pints hasn't really had very good timing over the past year. So far, the third series has only been on BBC Three where it obviously doesn't get as recognised, and, last year, the second series was on, after they announced the nominations, but before the NTAs were on TV. Which is why I always think its a stupid idea to announce the nominees in July, when the show isn't on until October! I agree, as well, that they should move it to BBC One. They did it with The Royle Family. And, another favourite show of mine, 2point4 Children, ran for eight years on BBC One and it was never as popular as Two Pints is now!
